His career in unionized labor with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) has shaped his leadership style, emphasizing collective action, fairness, and collaboration. A passionate advocate for families and communities, Steve has also worked with Habitat for Humanity and engaged with state lawmakers to advocate for policies benefiting working families. Now, as a seasoned leader, he is eager to leverage his experience to serve as Village President, fostering a thriving and inclusive community for all residents.
